Regulation of Signalling Pathways - BCH426H1
A variety of subjects relating to signal transduction are investigated. Topics include how extracellular signals such as morphogens, growth factors or insulin, receive and transmit messages to intracellular proteins including kinases and phosphatases to control cellular proliferation and differentiation. High-throughput genomic and proteomic approaches to study signalling pathways are also explored.
