Advances in Epigenetics - BCH2119H

This course will cover general aspects of epigenetics, including histone structure, DNA methylation and key histone modifications, with a general discussion of readers, writers and erasers. The biological significance of these epigenetic marks will also be discussed. Didactic lectures will be followed by student presentations and class discussion. There will be a final assignment and final exam.
