The local organizing committee (LOC) cordially invites you to the University of Toronto for the 66th Annual Conference of the Canadian Society of Microbiologists, to be held between Sunday June 12th and Wednesday June 15th. The LOC has identified symposia topics that will be of interest to CSM members within the three central themes of the CSM. The conference will start on Sunday with an education and career development workshops. CSM Award lectures and Post Doctoral seminar have also been planned. Please refer to the Program Information page for further details. Oral presentations will be scheduled from submitted abstracts and scheduled within the 9 symposia and the 3 section symposia. Students interested in participating in the Student Symposia and Poster competitions should refer to the relevant pages for further details. Commercial exhibits are an integral part of the conference and will be held at the historical Hart House, along with the poster sessions and lunches. The conference provides good networking opportunities through the social events (welcome reception, students events and president banquet as well as the lunches). AM coffee breaks will be provided. The local organizing committee have blocked rooms at the university residence and several hotels to accommodate all budgets. Please refer to the accommodation page for further details
