This course is from the Selected Topics in Biochemistry series (formerly BCH2021H) and has been given a permanent course number.

Course Time and Location: Wednesdays, 10 am - 12 pm, Room 3163

Course Content

Students will learn about a diverse array of signalling pathways, such as TGFbeta, Wnt, Notch, G-protein coupled receptors, as well as molecular mechanisms regulation, cell behaviour and responses. Each week (2 h) an expert in a specific field will provide a general introduction and then focus on a current area of research. Lecturers are drawn from the Department of Biochemistry, other departments at the University of Toronto and Internationally.
