2019 Department of Biochemistry Retreat

September 4-6, 2019

Registration and Information Page

The Biochemistry Retreat showcases the innovative science being done across the different research foci of the Department. It also offers the opportunity to get to know one another in an informal and enjoyable setting. There will be plenty of talks and posters, but also time to enjoy BGSU-organized games and the hiking, canoeing and other outdoor activities offered at Geneva Park.

We were delighted to host two outstanding Keynote Speakers:

Dr. Anne Meyer, Associate Professor in the Department of Biology at the University of Rochester, New York whose research focuses on Bacterial Stress Response, 3D Printing of Bacteria and Biomaterials. https://sites.google.com/site/annemeyerlab/home
